AUDIO: Neville won’t resign despite heavy loss to Barcelona
4th February 2016

Valencia manager Gary Neville says he won’t resign despite his side losing 7-0 to Barcelona in the Copa del Rey on Wednesday night.

The defeat added to the pressure on the former Manchester United full-back, who is yet to win in La Liga in eight attempts since taking the reigns back in December.

The 40-year-old, who is in his first managerial job, was repeatedly asked whether he would leave his role following the heavy loss at the Camp Nou, but was defiant that he would stay.

Neville will be desperate to pick up his first league win when his side travel to face Real Betis on Sunday.
