Name: Nathan Redmond
The rapid winger has starred throughout Norwich City’s topsy-turvy last three years, making him the Canaries’ fan favourite due to his eye for goal, instant drop of the shoulder and entertaining flair.
Since arriving from Championship side Birmingham City back in 2013 for an initial £2m, the highly-rated winger has proved a bargain for the Premier League newboys, with Redmond netting 12 goals and providing 20 assists in 11 first-team appearances for the club.
The 21-year-old; who is a former England Under-21 international, started the 2015-16 season in scintillating fashion, scoring four goals and setting up one in Norwich’s opening nine fixtures.
Despite going off the boil lately; Redmond’s antics on the wing have seen the Birmingham-born ace become the club’s much loved star at Carrow Road.
Still only 21; Redmond still possesses the potential to fulfill his early career plaudits’ predictions of becoming a senior England international and earn a move to one of the Premier League ‘big boys’, after being linked with a move to Liverpool only last January.
But with Alex Neil’s side now just one point adrift of safety in the bottom three after a torrid run of five consecutive league defeats, Norwich could really do with some Redmond magic until the end of the season to prevent the Canaries suffering relegation from the top-flight for a second time in three campaigns.
