Chelsea will make a move for France international forward Antoine Griezmann this summer if they reluctantly have to sell Eden Hazard, according to the Daily Mail.

The defending Premier League champions, who defeated MK Dons 5-1 in the fourth-round of the FA Cup this evening, will make a move for the Atletico Madrid should their Belgium international winger be tempted in a move to Manchester United, Real Madrid or Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the current campaign.

Griezmann; 24, who has 20 international caps for his country, has scored an impressive 19 goals in 31 appearances in all competitions for the La Liga giants this season.

Rated at around £60m by the Spanish outfit; Atletico could allow the France forward to leave this summer as the club face a FIFA Transfer ban until January 2017 for signing underage players.
