Head-to-Head

Head-to-Head: Chris Martin (Derby County) vs Charlie Austin (QPR)
3rd November 2015

A battle between two teams with promotion aspirations takes place on Tuesday night as Derby County play host to Queens Park Rangers at the iPro Stadium.

The Rams currently sit fifth in the Championship table after 14 games, just one point off of the automatic promotion places, while Rangers have failed to hit top gear since their drop from the Premier League last season. But the return of star man, Charlie Austin, from injury is sure to give fans, players and management an important boost.

County forward Chris Martin has so far managed eight goals in the league this term, the most recent coming in a 2-1 away victory against Huddersfield Town.

Austin currently has seven goals, despite the fact he missed four games after picking up a hamstring injury in the 4-0 loss against Fulham in late September.
