Reported Tottenham Hotspur target Sofiane Boufal says he will only leave Lille for a team competing in the Champions League.
It was suggested last month that Spurs are ready to make a £21 million move for the Morocco international, who is ready to leave the Ligue 1 outfit.
However, the 22-year-old has indicated that he will only move to a club playing in Europe’s elite competition.
“I plan to go later in my career to a big European club that will play hopefully in the Champions League, in order to continue my progression,” he said.
Boufal has made 12 appearances in the French top-flight this term, scoring four goals and producing 34 key passes.
